Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product and your delivery destination. The estimated delivery timeframe will be shown on the relevant product page or during checkout where available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier disruption, customs processing, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. The cost may vary depending on the products ordered and the delivery destination.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Separate Parcels

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking details. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.

International Delivery

Available delivery destinations are shown during checkout. Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges. Where these are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for paying them.
