Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order.
UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery is £4.99.
UK orders of £50 or more qualify for free delivery.
Estimated UK delivery is currently 5–10 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and may occasionally be affected by carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered within the timeframe required by applicable UK consumer law.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent by email after dispatch.
Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.
Some tracking links may not show movement immediately.
Separate Parcels
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.
