Thank you for shopping with Parkin & Hill. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Contact Us Before Returning Anything
Do not send any item back without contacting us first. Return addresses vary depending on the product and cannot be provided in advance.

Please include your full name, order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photographs if the item is damaged or faulty.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
If you are based in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You then have a further 14 days to return the item after notifying us of your cancellation.
These rights do not apply to personalised items, perishable goods, or sealed hygiene products that have been opened.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what was described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
Return Condition
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible. We reserve the right to reduce a refund if an item has been used or its value diminished.
Return Postage
Return postage costs will be confirmed when we respond to your request. Customers are normally responsible for change-of-mind return postage. Where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or acceptable evidence of return. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. Where an exchange is not possible, you may return the original item and place a new order.
